I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Forest Resources at the University of Minnesota. I did my bachelor’s in Biology at Occidental College, my Ph.D. in Ecology at the University of Connecticut and a post-doc at University of Wisconsin-Madison. My research interests include forest ecology, plant functional ecology and global change. I have worked in tropical, temperate, and boreal ecosystems.
